Hilary Swank is a down to earth actress that would not starve herself in order to get thin or look good. But it seems she has another obsession: supplements and vitamins.
The Boys Don’t Cry star admitted that she relies on a staggering health regime made up of 45 daily supplements as well as a series of vitamin injections.
The image-conscious performer also revealed that she exercises daily on top of her tablet intake and said she would rather go to the gym than get an extra hour in bed. [Source]
Hilary does look great (the proof are these recent pictures of her taken at the “P.S. I Love You” movie premiere), but to me she’s going a bit overboard with all those pills. What do you think about it, is it healthy or not to take so many supplements?
